As you are welcomed in the calm ambiance of enSALTme, a hot cup of herbal tea is handed to you to relax the mind, body, and soul. When the time is ready, you are moved into enSALTme's calming corner and the Salty Specialist begins the process. Feet are wiped down with a warm towel and then placed into a warm salt tray while also being handed a salt globe for you to hold for maximum relaxation. Afterward, you are moved to the breathing table to begin the rhythmic breathing. As your body seeps into complete relaxation, the stress and tension that has built-up throughout the body is slowly released from the body.
