I was taken in 35 minutes past my appointment time only because I insisted that I could no longer wait. The poor lady who did my facial was working on two people at the same time. After cleaning my face she left for 10 minutes to work on another client. She was a very nice person but there is no way this facial was worth $102. It was cut short 15 minutes and there was no intent to correct

It was horrible. I paid for a one hour facial. I was expecting something great. Since it was expensive. For 45 minutes they left me on the table with a mask on. That’s it! The other 15 minutes she was steaming my face and talking to me. At the end of the facial she then tells me that she normally doesn’t do facials. Why would they allow her to do mine. I wasted my hard earned money.
