PokéOno serves up authentic surf-inspired Hawaiian poké bowls. The dish, traditionally made with marinated and cubed ahi tuna served over a bed of rice, nowadays takes on many forms. Guests can customize a bowl from the ground up just to their specifications, or choose from a list of their signature bowls. The menu includes the citrus salmon bowl with ponzu and edamame, a spicy tuna bowl with avocado and crispy onion, and the shoyu class with sweet onion, scallion, and sesame. Bowls can be paired with green tea and coconut water.
