I was never actually seen by a dentist before my teeth whitening treatment began. The entire thing was done by an assistant and I have no idea what her credentials were. It started out with her taking a mold of my teeth and she put so much gel on the mold base that it started to drip down my throat. She did not give extensive directions for what to eat following the treatment. My teeth were so extremely sensitive for the next 24 hours that I started to think that something was seriously wrong but it went away. On top of all that, I ordered the whitening maintenance kit and was told they would contact me in one week. It has now been two weeks and I have not heard from them, and this email actually reminded me that I need to call them and follow up. The office is nice and new, but it's not worth it! By all means, share this with CNS. I will not return for any sort of services and will warn others of my experience.

The staff were extremely professional and courteous, and the outcome was amazing. Would definitely recommend cns dental to anyone!
