What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? The Rocks Boxing Gym offers a Get Fit Not Hit style of boxing training. You will get a full body workout & burn off that unwanted fat, along with learning the basics of boxing. There is a wide variety of people who attend our classes from female to male, young and older. We also offer 1 on 1 session that are available upon request. As an added bonus kids ranging from 7 to 17 get to train at no charge. Gloves and wraps are provided if needed.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well? Kids must be at least 7 years of age to participate. There is no age limit for adults

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Seeing individuals who have lost control of their health and need a great friendly environment to gain it back. Also for women that need a place to teach them self defense if they ever where to need it, and for kids who are not very confident in themselves. It is great helping them find it.

What do you love most about your job? _I love making people feel good about being them. I know from experience how it feels to not like who you have become. Building confidence and excitement about the way a client feels or looks is the number one reason i love what i do _
