I am the first time at this place. I like everything at Zen Yoga. Instructors are great, variety of classes for all levels and for all goals. Fitness and relaxation. Your choice. I had couple classes and booked more. Look forward to try other classes.

Great Studio and very welcoming environment. I especially liked the Wellness Class that offers first timers like me to gradually go through the moves at my own pace. The instructor was excellent at keeping a smooth ongoing flow throughout the session.

I was very happy with my first visit to EssentialZen. It has a great vibe, the class was a nice size, and the instructor was great. I am very much looking forward to going again.

The class was beautiful it was my first time. It was very relaxing the instructor Jenny was great....
