What to expect: Please show up 15 minutes before the booking to leave time for parking and checking in, bring your white socks (socks are available for purchase if you forget!). You will then enter the salt room, housed by 2 tons of himalayan pink salt on the walls and salt "sand" on the ground, the generator will start and your session begins. Zero gravity chairs enhance comfort while you sit and relax in the salt-infused air. After 45 minutes, you are greeted with water and your skin and respiratory tract will thank you for the therapy.
