All 4 Kids Child Care is a curriculum based center located in Baltimore city. We specialize in infant and preschool care. We are a license center . All 4 Kids Child Care participate in the following programs from MD Excels, MD Credentialing and the MD food program. Teachers are certified in ECE.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being an educator, It has always been my dream to open up All 4 Kids Childcare since 2005 when I registered the name, however the opportunity was not presented until 2011. For the past 5 years I have push for All 4 Kids Child Care to be vital asset in the community in which we serve.

What do you love most about your job?
The family we serve each day. To watch children explore the classrooms from their curiosity and imagination shows that they are learning and developing skills each and every day. I love to see that the teacher's go out of their way to create a safe and nurturing environment.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
To hear a parent say thank you to the staff for during a great job. When a parent is with child for the second time and ask us to care for their new addition. It shows that they appreciate our services. For a parent to tell us how well their child is doing in Pre-K or Kindergarten thanks to us.
