What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Sure Movements Yoga has a lounge to relax and mingle along with spacious locker room with complementary amenities to utilize before or after yoga classes. There a various class times with a variety of classes to accommodate your yoga needs. All classes are 60 minutes and multilevel.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All of the classes compliment one another to fit your needs . If you need to relax we invite you to a restorative class. If you are looking to rinse and cleanse come on into a hot class. For a playful sweat try some Vinyasa. And if you are looking to train lets rock out a strength class.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start our own studio was originally to help out a family member that needed yoga. We couldn't find anything around to fit their needs so we decided to fill a void and raise the vibrations of health & happiness in the area.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part about instructing is watching someone come out of the room after class with a blissful Zen expression. Starting if the hardest part. Once you are here you will be taken care of.
