What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Fitness is very much a holistic journey. You must strengthen your body to fortify your mind. When you leverage the unique link between physical strength and psychological capacity, its a game-changer; we as women unleash self-knowledge, forge resilience, and realize the impossible is possible!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
LEAD delivers rigorous strength training via HIIT methods. We then incorporate mini workshops after each workout session to focus on character development. Each session includes 35 minutes of resistance training, followed by 25 minutes of self-reflection and goal setting activities as a group.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When women come together to explore the intersection between power and passion, amazing things ensue… LEAD is the ultimate tribe of sound-minded, strong-bodied, go-getter women and together, we are a constant catalyst for positive change.

What do you love most about your job?
We are able to help women get physically stronger and hone their most critical interpersonal skills: Influence. Psychological grit. Emotional Intelligence. Self-awareness. Resiliency. Learning Agility. These factors are vital to the success of any community leader.
