My groupon was for a facial and massage. I was called 2 hours before my appointment and notified my facial was cancelled with no accomadations. During my rescheduled appointment I had to complete new member paperwork despite already doing so because my original account had my last name spelled wrong in the computer. My massage tech was 10 minutes late for my appt. But then the services themselves were thorough and satisfying. Unfortunately the customer service I received will probably prevent me from using lavida again.
