If I could give zero stars for overall experience, I would. I want my money back for deceptive practices- I did not receive what was advertised on my purchased Groupon. I am so disappointed I was ripped off and now that I’m reading through online reviews, I see this is a recurring issue they get away with. I purchased a Groupon for two plasma pen “facelift” sessions. After much discussion the day of, I am advised this was not a session for an actual “facelift” (ie the entire face) as advertised but instead a single area on the face - and only specific spots of the face from a sheet of paper - and, even though the purchase is for two sessions, both are being used same day if you want both sides of your face done (ie both eyes or both cheeks etc) … and no, there are no refunds for being deceived- use it or lose it. I am triple assured this is all industry standard (which I of course I find out later after research this is not but I did not know this at the time)… I move forward because I don’t want to lose all this money I am told will not be refunded. I am practically reprimanded for using Groupon and told not to use Groupon in the future- They say they are not allowed to refund me if I use Groupon and I’m not protected this way, plus she tells me, it winds up being more expensive because they use both sessions same day as a matter of practice to use it up… We agree to two very specific areas on my face since I am not getting the facelift my Groupon says I’m getting - I select my nasolabial folds around my nostrils - she says she will also do some of the jowl area below it to see best results (excellent!). I am prepped and numbed including the area we agree on for my nasolabial folds around my nostrils… When I get home hours later and the swelling goes down and the scabs begin to show where she actually did the procedure, it shows she NEVER touched my nasolabial folds around my nostrils with the plasma pen. This procedure leaves burn marks where the pen has been so it’s clear what is done- there is zero chance of interpretation. I was in tears and called immediately asking them to call me back to resolve. I have since called 3x and sent 4 emails which have all been ignored and not responded to. I sent pictures with my emails showing where they prepped my face for the correct area (I took pics because I was so excited to finally get this area worked on!) — and I have pics showing ZERO spots where they didn’t do the procedure on the correct area. At this point I don’t want them to correct it- I want my money back. They have been deceptive from the beginning and their service is terrible. Absolutely atrocious.

Owner is cheap, refused to schedule follow up for 2nd 10 min treatment as advertised. It’s 10 mins, its a plasma pen. Funny lady actually expects me to ever purchase anything from her hole in the wall med spa. Staff is nice, owner is delusional. If you don’t like Groupon taking 50% of your profits then don’t be on Groupon.
