Pure Barre, Midlothian

Beginning in 2001 as a small fitness operation, Pure Barre has since blossomed into a widely acclaimed, widely publicized approach to exercise with a nationwide following. Each Pure Barre class is broken into four sections is broken into four sections (arms, seat, thighs, and abs) and set to customized music that rotates each week. The high-intensity, low-impact routines change frequently, keeping workouts challenging and fun. Dedicated participants of the method often see significant results in as little as three–four weeks.
