Swig, Bountiful

Not 10 years ago, Nicole Tanner decided to open up a little soda shack in St. George, just across the way from Dixie State University. At the time, Swig had just four specialty soda flavors. In just three years time, drive-thru lines were wrapping around the block, prompting Tanner to open a second (and then a third, and eventually a 15th location). As the locations grew, so too did Swig's menu, now serving over 40 soda varieties like the Dirty Dr. Pepper, a crowd favorite that combines the classic soda with a splash of coconut milk.
