Our classes are filled with energy and great music because we believe you can still have fun while working out.However, it’s the people that makes us stand out from the rest. Our coaches are committed to helping our members progress and achieve their goals. We all become one, we become the FX Family

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We are always there for to push you, motivate and keep it personalable in a group setting. We also offer a 3D Body assessment program with everyone memberships. This holds us and you accountable for your progress. This will allow you to visually see your progress!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The love I have to help others, to get on a better path of a healthier lifestyle!

What do you love most about your job?
It's not a job not to me!! This is something I love to do and want to make a big impact on others!
