Our kitchen is located in Brick, New Jersey, but our meal service is delivered to gyms and health stores all around the Jersey shore. We also offer twice-weekly home delivery near Monmouth & Ocean Counties in NJ. At Coronato’s, we offer a no frills approach to clean eating. All our meals, servings, and bulk items are carefully cooked, prepared, and portioned from scratch and by hand every week. Hi, I'm Christian Coronato, the owner and head chef of Coronatos Clean Cuisine. I've been cooking since my first job as a short order cook with my brother at a local water park at the age of 13. With an AS in Culinary Arts and a BS in Food Service, I graduated from culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island AND Miami. I've done line cooking, pizza creation, banquet cooking and catering. Now I've turned my attention, skill, and creativity to the custom meal-prep world.
