Sukha offers a "non-intimidating" approach to yoga in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere where we focus on the community versus competition.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

My inspiration to open SUKHA was to have a non-intimidating feel in a class. Crazy poses on social media, walking into a studio and people asking what brand your yoga pants are from can make some people nervous to try yoga. Yoga is for all shapes and sizes; no matter what brand pants you are wearing.

What do you love most about your job?

I truly love to make people smile and feel comfortable. Even if they can't touch their toes.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I have received many emails, cards and phone calls from clients saying how SUKHA has changed their lives mentally, physically and spiritually.
