Tammy Brunnengraeber knows massage therapy's benefits firsthand. During her long recovery from a back injury, she found massage to be one of the few therapies that relieved her pain. So Tammy wanted to pass that healing onto others.

Two years after graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, Tammy opened Be Massage and Wellness. Here, the licensed massage therapist tends to sore muscles with Swedish, deep-tissue techniques, helps future mothers with prenatal massages, as well as soothing add-ons such as hot stones and aromatherapy and ancient therapies including reiki and reflexology.
