Melvin and Hailey Piper, the owners of Nouveau Chocolates, are Broken Arrow natives fascinated with chocolate and everything connected with its history, culture, and serving. They decided to create their unique business after four years of German classes and a few trips to Europe. Now, Melvin and Hailey are committed to bringing the community of the Rose District together with delicious chocolates and desserts and a welcoming space.
