Zaaki Food Truck offers meals that originate from Egypt and the Fertile Crescent including plates that incorporate a protein-rich combination of pantry staples: spiced lentils and rice, combined with chickpeas and small pasta, all smothered in a tomato sauce that’s been flavored with vinegar topped with savory, crispy thin fried onion rings. Also available is Kushari made to be spicy or mild vegetarian, pesto fish or butter chicken.
