At Brooklyn Mixed Martial Arts, there are students who start learning to throw their first jabs at the age of four in the "Little Warrior" program. It's demonstrative of the facility's commitment to train students of any background, whether they aspire to compete or just get into shape. The facility's seven coaches—some of whom are pro and amateur fighters—lead high-intensity sessions in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, women's kickboxing, and even MMA, during which fighters of various skill levels can sharpen their technique through work with pads and heavy bags.
