Overall I was satisfied with the work that was done on my windows. Please note, however, that the coupon did not cover the cost of cleaning the window screens. I was told that would cost extra. So I ended up paying an additional $40 to get the screens cleaned as well. He typically charges $10 a window. Ideally in the future it should include the cost of cleaning the screens! But I would consider using him again. (And he did leave me with a $50 discount card for use if and when that occurs).
