We pride ourselves on our program design and fitness knowledge. We believe fitness should be fun and movement quality should be the focus of each exercise. Natural human movement is the basis of our program design. We always follow scientific principles when creating programs for our clients.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Multiple ways. All starts from the design of our training facility. Then moves to our program design, nutrition programs, and the our support system. EPX is all about creating positive energy and making fitness fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness is such a new and big industry that there is a lot of misguided information in circulation which makes fitness more complicated then it is. EPX is creating a fitness culture to help make fitness simple and fun! EPX has specialty and sport specific training as well. Call us for more info.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their fitness goals. If its being pain free, weight loss, increase muscle mass, move better, etc... When you see the results and the smile on their face, it's rewarding which reassures you why you love what you do.
