Evolution Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes from Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & Yin Nidra. We also offer an On The Wall Yoga class that assists clients in alignment and helps with stability. Our goal at Evolution Yoga is to create a safe and relaxing experience for all clients.
All our instructors are RYT and we follow all Health Department guidelines regarding COVID check ins.
