What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in the beauty business for a long time, I can truly understand how important it is to remain hygienic and beauty at the same time. Beauty changes people's mood and that inspires me to deliver more happiness to more people in the community.

What do you love most about your job?
I like the fact that the hair removal process glorify people's faces instantly and make them feel good about themselves.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
They get worry-free when I do eyebrow threading for them.
