P2 Personal Training has innovated the Fitness world by creating and engineering a bungee that suspends our clients past the limitations of gravity. No other gym or studio can offer Astro-Durance because of a legal patent. All ages and physical limitations welcome!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We design programs that constantly challenge our clients with new exercises. Furthermore, our clients progress is monitored by measurements, body fat, and weight. Finally, our bungee system alone is enough to motivate our clients to step in the studio to have FUN!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our philosophy is to reduce aches and pain in the body from medical issues or past injuries. Our Bungee Training places zero pressure on joints and produces the highest fat burning effect in a short training session. We want our clients to grow young and reverse physical limitations.

What do you love most about your job?
Simply, at P2 we love our clients. We love seeing them smile and grow younger in physical ability. Our goal is to achieve our clients goal.
