About Fortnight Brewing Company

A fortnight is an English term for a period of two weeks, which is coincidentally the amount of time needed for an ale to age to full maturity. In England, the beer often spends that time in casks. It's these principles that inspire the name and techniques of Fortnight Brewing Company, whose cask and keg ales—made in the English tradition—are rich yet balanced in flavor. The founding brewers, who hail from the US and the UK, use English malts and hops to craft six main beers: a Blonde Ale, English Session Ale, ESB, X-pat IPA, Coffee Amber, and Porter. Special seasonal releases experiment with flavors and tours give visitors a closer look at the exotic brewing process.

Craig was an awesome tour host. Fortunately our group of 6 were the only ones that evening that used the groupon. We will definitely go back and bring our friends. It’s an amazing brewery. We all loved your beer!! My only concern was pets being allowed inside the bar. I’m allergic to animal dander.

Fortnight is a great place to spend an evening. Outdoor seating and indoor seating and the staff is always very accommodating! They just sell beer but you can buy food at the food truck or order in or bring your own. :^) Super relaxed environment!

Good beer. Service is spotty. Ive been many times and they are often out of at least a third of their beers on tap and/or cans. One female bartender is especially rude but all others are great. Decent price for what you get.
