What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a locally owned business. Class sizes are small which leads to our students getting fantastic individualized instruction from our team of instructors. We have a large 1,000 sq ft mat space, to give our students room to practice. All of our classes are included in the price our students pay.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
New students and visitors to our academy should come prepared with comfortable workout clothing. We offer gi's to borrow for our gi classes. For our kickboxing classes we have plenty of Boxing gloves and wraps for people to borrow. We got you covered!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We all have a deep seeded love for martial arts and Jiu Jitsu specifically. Our goal is to pass our knowledge and hopefully our love for training, learning and competing to our students. Jiu Jitsu is truly a martial art for everyone, and we want to show that!

What do you love most about your job?
I believe our instructors would say that what they have loved most about their years of training, is the friendships they have built. We come down to the gym, we work hard, we push each other and we develop close bonds with our training partners in the process. It's an amazing thing.
