Eating with your hands isn't just allowed, it's encouraged. On the menu, crawfish share the spotlight with a variety of shellfish and other marine life—all served in heaps with corn and potatoes—including snow-crab legs, king crab legs, and shrimp. Each of these is prepared in the original Cajun-style or with their signature Oh Dang sauce for an optimal seafood dining experience.

The restaurant has been established by a former professional poker player, who has loved the traditions of Southern hospitality and cooking since childhood. He wanted to recreate the backyard boil feel he grew up with and so today the eatery serves up authentic Cajun seafood in a friendly Southern-style atmosphere.
