I am here to help you look & feel good! I will assist you on your journey in achieving your goals! I love body sculpting, because I enjoy seeing the end results, and how happy you are when you see the changes happening. Please keep in mind, everyone's body is different, some show results the first day, and others it can take up to 7 days. It is recommended to be well hydrated, and to stay away from sugars and alcohol for 24 hours pre & post treatment. I will provide you will aftercare instructions. You can go to the menu above, under "ABOUT" tab click on "post or pre treatment instructions". The more water you drink it will process the fat cells through your system, and you will see your results quicker. Your system will process the treatments slower when you are dehydrated. It is also recommended to have some form of exercise, it can be a 30 minute brisk walk. Body Sculpting is not a "one & done service".

Your results are permanent based on your lifestyle, and age. It can take anywhere from 3-12 sessions to obtain your desired results depending on your goal, this is normal. You may have to make some adjustments in order to reach those goals. There are things I will recommend you to follow in order to obtain optimal results. 

The more consistent, and dedicated you are with well-balanced meals, and exercise you should not have any issues with treatments, and getting the results you desire!
