1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are Charlotte’s sole Invisalign-Only Orthodontic Specialty Practice. We treat patients of all ages--Invisalign is not just for adults anymore, our teen patients are receiving great results very quickly! All of our doctors are ORTHODONTISTS and specialize in Invisalign. Orthodontists attend a 4-year dental school just like a general dentist; however, they then attend an orthodontic residency for several years under world-renowned orthodontists to become an orthodontic specialist. Our Clearsmile doctors have been designated by Invisalign as Diamond Plus TOP 1% Providers in the world–which is the highest distinction attainable! This means they have tons of skill and experience with this orthodontic appliance and can provide patients with the best results in the most efficient manner, even if they have previously been told that they were not a candidate for Invisalign! Invisalign is an appliance, just like metal braces, that is used to straighten teeth. The results of treatment can only be as good as the doctor providing that treatment. 2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Dr. Webb has a traditional orthodontics practice in SouthPark, Webb Orthodontics, where he treats hundreds of patients a year with an age range of 6 - 86 years old! However, Invisalign is a different system than traditional metal braces and he felt that an office dedicated to Invisalign could run smoother and more efficiently than the traditional orthodontic model--so he created Clearsmile! These efficiencies helped reduce cost for our patients while providing better and more efficient treatment because this office is super focused on ONE thing. At Clearsmile, we specialize in Invisalign--it's all we do ALL DAY, EVERYDAY.

3. What do you love most about your job?

Other than making lasting impacts on all of our patients’ smiles, we LOVE getting to know our patients over the course of treatment. We love how excited they get during treatment as they see the visible improvements along the way. Our average patient is only in treatment around 8-10 months, with simple cases finishing in 6 months of less, and it is always amazing how fast time flies!

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Tears of Joy! At the end of treatment, when patients see their before and after pictures, the emotions take over !
