What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love working with people and changing people through CrossFit. It has helped me in so many ways, I enjoy seeing the progress and change that people can make no matter what age or shape you are.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to do what I love. I get to motivate and challenge people to change themselves and watching people grow is my reward
