With the Italian word for "homage" in its name, Pizzeria Omaggio’s focus is clear. The eatery works hard to honor traditional Italian cuisine by focusing on quality ingredients. That's evident in the pizzeria’s more than 20 pies, divided into classic and white varieties. The former includes the Omaggio special, bursting with sautéed green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, pepperoni, homemade italian sausage, and whole-milk mozzarella. The latter, made without sauce, includes unique combinations such as gorgonzola cheese and sliced pears. And that doesn’t even account for the monthly pizzas topped with seasonal ingredients.
