We offer unscheduled group training with no class times due to our circuit format using heavy bags, small equipment and body weight drills in a fun, functional, and integrated workout with 9Round Certified Trainer supervision.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

To offer the best, all inclusive fitness solution to our community and this workout, being very effective in just 30 minutes, means there is no excuse for not making time! Having no class times means you are never late, and the trainers educate, guide and motivate for guaranteed results in as little as 3 workouts per week.

What do you love most about your job?

Hearing about the results our members have achieved in a short period of time at our 9Round: fat loss, increased muscle tone, improved cardiovascular fitness, better sleep, lower triglycerides and other important health indicators: the list goes on!

Wow! This is the best workout I've ever had and not at all what I expected! I wish I didn't wait so long to try it!
