What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer the new, amazing, and revolutionary procedure of Scalp Micropigmentation. Scalp Micropigmentation is a process in which pigment is deposited below the dermis to create the appearance of sprouting hair follicles. Our procedure is performed with very thin needles and special ink which has been tested to not turn green, blue, or purple like traditional tattoo ink This procedure can replicate the look of shaven hair or short stubble, depending on the client’s preference. It can also create the look of denser full hair if the client has enough hair to complete that look. Both are performed with the same high-quality ink and needles. Most commonly, this procedure can help people with male or female pattern hair loss. It can also be performed to cover Alopecia, hair transplant and/or medical scars, trauma thinning, radiation hair loss, and greying hair.

The procedure can take between 1-3 sessions to complete the desired look. The more coverage needed, the more sessions will be necessary. It also requires very low post-treatment maintenance and most people can return to their daily lives the next day. Our technician is considered one of the top technicians in the industry. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I personally started losing my hair when I was 15. I tried everything from the pills, foams, lasers, to even a hair transplant and nothing worked for me. One day I thought of the possibility of getting a light tattoo on my head to mimic the look of a shaved head with the shadow of the hair growing back. When I looked it up it was something that already existed. I decided I wanted to do this so I went through various trainings and became certified. I knew I wanted to help people in the same situation as me and wanted them to live their lives without having to worry about their hair.

What do you love most about your job?

I love handing my clients the mirror and having them look at themselves for the first time after the procedure. There is nothing greater than knowing that because of your procedure, their confidence will improve and their life will change for the better.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Some of the best reactions are when people walk over to the big mirror and just stand there and look at themselves with a huge smile. Many of my clients get emotional because they haven’t seen themselves like this for so many years. Many had bad scarring due to numerous bad hair transplants and can finally take off the hat. But the best reaction was when one of my clients FaceTimed his wife crying and telling her “it’s back”.
