The Pilates Circle, Chino Hills

The Pilates Circle provides both beginners' and advanced fitness classes with elements of pilates, barre, stretching, and TRX. Trainees sculpt their bodies and improve flexibility with the help of jump boards, balls, and stretching tapes. The classes are suitable for all ages and levels and they're conducted by instructors who have gone through more than 500-hour training certification.
