I purchased this Groupon for my wife. She had a great experience at her first session. Everyone was kind, professional, and made her feel comfortable. She is looking forward to her next sessions.

I bought this Groupon for laser hair removal of one large area (lower legs). I was able to get an appointment the same day that day I called, and they were super friendly. Parking is easy, and the space is chic and clean. During the treatment I barely felt the laser at all. It shoots cold air, so if anything it has a bit of a cooling effect. I can't wait to go back in six weeks. Considering that I spend $10+/month on razors, shaving cream, and TendSkin, the treatments make sense financially in the grand scheme of things.

I bought the package for a "large area". I called 1st to check their availability and verify what constitutes a large hair removal area. Pros: Person who answered the phone was very friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment on the day I purchased the Groupon. Cons: The large area I was told over the phone was not the same area I was given when I showed up for my appointment. I was told over the phone a large area (for the Groupon price) covered the front and rear area (like a typical Brazilian). It does not cover a Brazilian extended area. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told the Groupon Brazilian only covered the "Top Front area"; not the rear and no inner area of the front. I was asked if I wanted to purchase an upgrade to cover the other areas. Basically, what they consider a Brazilian is called a Bikini hair removal at other places. I felt like I was Baited and Switched with the Groupon purchase. I elected not to receive the service from them. Since, they marked my Groupon as "Redeemed" when I checked in, I now have to wait to see if I can get my money back. Note: Verify what areas they really cover for the Groupon price before buying.
