Jenn was very nice. However I have thick hair and I was told there was an extra charge to blow dry my hair (which I declined to pay because what’s the point of getting a Groupon if I’m not saving on the haircut). Now I see some areas where my hair is not even. This is the first time in my entire life that a salon advised me that there is an extra charge to blow dry my hair. Somewhat surprised.
