Had reserved two appointments for My husband and me. We drove 25 miles but no one was at the office. We called and got no answer. We rebooked anther day via the website. Megan left a message she had to cancel due to illness. After multiple attempts to speak with Megan we decided the poor customer service wasn't worth another attempt at an appointment. I respectfully asked for a refund. Via emails Megan referred me to Groupon but the time limit had expired. We never received a refund from Megan. Very poor customer service.
