What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the largest Baltimore CrossFit gym. Our Baltimore facility is almost 12,000 square feet. and includes olympic weightlifting, Barbell Club, gymnastics, endurance and Crossfit Teen/Kids.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Titan CrossFit programming is based on building strength and conditioning through varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The appeal to CrossFit for us was every CrossFit gym has a really tight-knit community feel to it. You’re not just a membership payment to them; you’re a person that needs support. We believe everyone should have a supportive and non-judgmental place to make the best YOU!

What do you love most about your job?
Helping our athletes reach their goals . . . and seeing them be surprised as they surpass those goals.
