At Bare Culture Kombucha, visitors can sip the enzyme- and probiotic-rich tea in flavors such as mango tarragon and hibiscus lavender. Owner Heather Threadgill makes each batch herself, infusing them with fresh fruit and herbs before pouring the finished product into glasses or growlers.
