E Studio Hot Yoga opened in 2007 and thrives today because a team of some of the area's most talented and experienced instructors lead the center's more than 35 weekly classes, which range from ballet-barre workouts set to upbeat music to power-yoga sessions held in a 90-degree studio. The schedules at the Latham location is flexible; classes take place seven days a week, with a variety of morning and evening classes held throughout the week.
