60 minute Hot Stone service was very relaxing. Service was done professionally and at a reasonable cost.

The couples message was painful. I didn’t ask for a deep tissue. Foot massage was supposed to be a foot soak. Our feet never left the massage table. They asked me for more tip when we were done. I tip on service, making us wait 50 minutes and not giving me the service that was described with no one there to translate was impossible to communicate. Poorly run business for Americans. Never again.

Set up an appointment for a foot massage. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk did not have a record of my appointment and asked whether I wanted a full massage along with a foot massage. I handed her my groupon coupon. She said I would have to wait 20 minutes. Much to my surprise the foot massage took place in the waiting room in front of other customers. No privacy, mediocre massage.

Making an appointment and understanding each even during the visit was an issue. She never asked if I was OK with a male masseuse. They use curtains to separate the areas. Noisy, very little privacy, not relaxing. Would NOT recommend.
