The lady in this establishment is really nice and patient. I went in for an underarm wax. The wax she used was just warm and extremely effective at removing unwanted hair. Will definitely be going back regularly.

The lady who did my underarm wax was pleasant, however, she didn't change the bed sheet after the client before me. I was uncomfortable with the hygiene of the room. Also, they make you log into a database asking for all your info. I also noticed the wax strip she used on me was left on the counter, (as if to use it again because it still had some strip space on it?) Just an assumption, hoping not
