Guests either strip down completely or don a swimsuit and yellow-duckie arm floaties, then step inside a tank filled with skin-temperature water and up to 1,000 pounds of epsom salt. The salt allows the body to float effortlessly for 60 or 90 minutes. To further reduce tension and mental stressors, the tanks seal out light and noise.

• Full-range infrared sauna: Infrared light penetrates the skin during relaxing dry-sauna sessions, which last 30–45 minutes. The sauna may promote healthier skin, increased circulation, and calorie burning.

• Massage chair: The DreamWave massage chair re-creates shiatsu massage strokes, which can ease tension in specific points along the body. Before patrons settle in, a body scan helps the chair administer a customized full-body treatment.
