Loved the Heavy Bag class. And there are other fitness classes for those who don't want to go full on Krav. The Groupon offer is the perfect way to try out the program and find out if it's for you.

If you already have gloves bring them, and be prepared to leave with a bruise or two. But it was a great class, I can't wait to go back.
