How does it work?

The first step is taking the 60-hour Pre-Licensing course (also known as First Year Sales) and passing the PSI exam to become provisionally licensed*. Next, you will select a real estate agency to "hang" your license with and start your real estate career! Then, you have one calendar year to take the 30-hour Post- Licensing course (also known as Final Sales) to upgrade your provisional license to a permanent license. (Note: Effective January 1, 2017, the ability to acquire a "provisional license" will be lawfully discontinued. All students will be required to take BOTH the Pre-Licensing AND the Post-Licensing courses prior to becoming).
