If you have the time bring your own handwraps, gloves, mouth guard and shin guards. also water, and athletic clothing. Be prepared to sweat.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started this gym so that our athletes would have an optimal facility to train for elite competition. This is what we do, This is who we are.
