The "greeter" was WAY less than friendly. She couldn't find my appointment, then suggested I had the wrong shop or called the wrong number. After showing her the groupon with their address and their phone number, she looked again and said, "Oh, you were suppose to be here on May 23 (my appointment was May 28). I said that I knew that wasn't correct because that was my birthday and I had other plans that day and never would have scheduled a hair appointment. Meanwhile I'm observing at LEAST 10 stylists sitting in their chairs either reading or on their phone and thinking, is this really an issue today, on a Wednesday??? So she begrudgingly said she'd try to "work me in", have a seat. The sty

The student was NOT prepared, unable to complete the services I requested, and it took 2 hours to walk out with only a trim by the time it was all said and done. I was very, very unhappy and probably will not return after this experience. It is unfortunate, because I have visited this training program several times and was always quite pleased. Maybe it was an off day, but everyone--from the student to the instructors--seemed disinterested, sub-par, and not engaged.
