I got the results I was looking for . I didn’t not enjoy the customer experience . I have been waxed before in different states and never been to one where everything felt so rushed . I have never had an esthetician’s who wasn’t willing to give me a couple of seconds to breathe. And when asked for so the response was “I can’t because I have back to back clients” . Very disappointing.

ReeJade, I'm sorry this was your experience. Quick and efficient services are a selling point for all of my clients. I respect both my time and yours, and drawing a service out can intensify the pain and anxiety people can feel while being waxed. I do understand that this is not ideal for everyone though! I would suggest reaching out to your next aesthetician beforehand to explain your wax expectations and to ensure they block enough time for a slower service--since I was not made aware of your preferences, I booked you the same time slot as any of my other clients when I could have padded it with 15 extra minutes very easily! Many spas already operate at a leisurely pace and may be a better fit for you. And as always, prompt arrivals for appointments also ensures that nothing needs to be rushed.
